  1. (Bulgarian) Split Squat with Weights

    Point of attention: Lower yourself slowly, keeping the torso upright while pushing the weight with your arm. Ensure that the knee stays aligned with the ankle throughout the entire movement.

  2. Push-up

    Point of attention: Keep the body in a plank position by engaging the core and glutes. Exhale while pushing yourself up.

  3. Step-up with Weights

    Point of attention: Keep the torso upright as you step up, and ensure that the knee remains aligned with the ankle throughout the entire movement.

Packaging

Our freshness packaging is made from plastic, which helps keep our breads fresh for longer. Our bread bags are 100% recyclable in the recycling bin (the “blue bag” in some regions).

Together with our partners, we are working on more sustainable packaging and reducing material use.

Factory

In our modern factory, our roofs are fully covered with solar panels. We have also implemented some smart measures to make processes more energy-efficient and continuously seek energy, waste, and water-saving solutions.

Biaform is the pioneer of 100% whole grain breads. Every day, we are committed to bringing all the goodness of whole grains to as many people as possible. Because whole grain bread is not only rich in fiber and healthy but also incredibly delicious.

In the mood for multigrain or protein rolls

In addition to wheat, we also love working with spelt and other grains. We enjoy adding plenty of seeds and kernels (flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, etc.) for a delicious taste and a healthy boost.

Rapeseed oil - Omega 3

At Biaform, we consciously choose rapeseed oil over palm oil. Rapeseed is packed with healthy mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3 and 6), which are beneficial for heart and blood vessel health.

Iodized salt

We consciously keep the salt content in our breads lower than the recommended standard, without compromising on taste. We use iodized salt instead of regular salt, as recommended by the High Health Council.
