Ingredients (+/- 8 slices of bread)

8 slices ProVital Meergranen

150 g fresh salmon

150 g cream cheese, plain

± 80 g fennel, diced (about ¼ small fennel)

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

1 tbsp pickles, finely chopped

1½ tbsp lemon juice

1–2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tbsp pistachios, chopped

¼ tsp dried mint

½ tsp pink peppercorns, coarsely crushed

Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Bake the salmon for 8–10 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer, or 10–12 minutes in the oven. Flake into small pieces.
Mix with the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
Fold in the fennel, pistachios, pickles, dill, and mint.
Season with pink peppercorns, salt, and black pepper.
